Instructions:

Once you have downloaded and studied your exercise prescriptions and practitioner notes please ensure you are logged in before accessing your questionnaires.

You must complete the questionnaires in the following order to obtain your 12 PDPs:

  • Beginner and intermediate exercises for the hip and gluteals
  • Beginner quadriceps exercises for patellofemoral pain
  • Exercises for plantar fasciitis
  • Exercises for Achilles tendinopathy

When you have completed the first questionnaire you will receive immediate confirmation. You can then move to the next questionnaire. When you have completed them all you will receive a certificate of completion.

At the completion of this course participants should:

•Have the knowledge to effectively prescribe exercises for a variety of conditions
•Recognise patient conditions and characteristics that respond to these exercises
•Have the knowledge to observe and correct any technique errors
•Understand the evidence regarding these exercises
•Develop communication skills to convey appropriate information to the patient

CEC requirements

ACSM audits a percentage of randomly selected ACSM Recertification/Renewal Forms at each credential level every year. If audited, you will be required to provide documented proof of your CECs to the ACSM. Documented proof includes certificate copies.
