Description
Pilates teachers and practitioners:
Evidence for ExerciseTM Beginner and intermediate exercise for the lower back and hip is awarded 4.5 continuing education credits according to the guidelines set forth by the Pilates Method Alliance®.
It includes all notes required to complete the questionnaires to obtain 4.5 continuing education hours.
Included exercise prescriptions and practitioner notes:
- Beginner exercises for the lower back
- Intermediate exercises for the lower back
- Beginner exercises for the hip
- Beginner yoga for the lower back
Exercise prescriptions and Practitioner notes are provided for CEC use only. For a licence to distribute, please register to become an Evidence for ExerciseTM Registered Provider.
Instructions:
Once you have downloaded and studied your exercise prescriptions and practitioner notes please ensure you are logged in before accessing your questionnaires.
You must complete the questionnaires in the following order to obtain your 4.5 CEC points:
- Beginner and intermediate exercises for the lower back
- Beginner exercises for the hip
- Beginner yoga for the lower back
When you have completed the first questionnaire you will receive immediate confirmation. You can then move to the next questionnaire, after which you will receive a certificate of completion.
Up to 8 CECs may be earned through PMA approved Distance Learning during a 2 year term.
